How to Make Money Blogging in 7 Particular Ways
By Jazzel Wayasen
7 Ways on How to Actually Make Money Blogging
1. Pay Per Click
The basic idea of pay per click (PPC) is putting banners or text ads
somewhere in your blog, and when a visitor clicks on these ads, you get a
commission.
That commission is based from the price of keywords that the advertisers
are bidding for.
For better understanding, let's take Google AdSense for example.
Google is allowing independent publishers(bloggers like you) to apply
their website for Google AdSense so they could have a chance to create a source
of income out of their blog.
Once approved, you'll be given access to their dashboard where you can
generate codes you can embed in your website to display ads, and when your
visitors click on that ad, you earn commissions.
Surely, there were other alternative ppc ad network manager out there
like Chitika, Infolinks, VigLink etc.
However, in my opinion, Google AdSense so far is the best pay per click
ads manager that you can apply with since some bloggers here and there are
saying that it is the best existing ad network out there to monetize any
website (as long as they comply with Google AdSense Program Policy or adhere to
Webmaster Quality Guidelines).
2. Private Advertising
Private advertising is allowing independent companies or other bloggers
to buy an ad space on your website.
The price is fixed, completely negotiable and payment is usually per
month.
However, before engaging your website to this type of advertisement,
make sure that your blog receives a decent amount of traffic. Those traffic
should also be your genuine followers. When I say genuine followers, those who
might have followed you and your blog posts from time to time, those in your
list, and the visitors you receive from organic traffic.
3. Solo Ads
Just in case you're not familiar with this advertising method, a solo ad
is a one time email blast you sell to a buyer who wants to advertise to your
subscribers or to your email list.
I call it - 'the backdoor selling'.
Solo ads technique is usually employed by marketers. Fortunately, it's
not entirely exclusive for B2B(business to business) blogs.
For example, if your blog is about "dog training" and you've
built an impressive email list of dog lovers, you surely are eligible to try
this approach.
You may sell solo ads to vendors who sell stuffs about dog training.
Probably eBooks, video course, or whatever products they sell related to dog
training, you may consider using solo ads technique.
4. Affiliate marketing
One of the most popular method of monetizing a blog is through affiliate
marketing.
Affiliate Marketing is partnering up to an independent business owner or
a company to promote their products directly on your website.
Unlike PPC, affiliate marketing is placing banner or text ads (with your
affiliate link attached) to your website and when visitors click on those ads
and make a purchase, that's when you earn commissions.
You can also create a testimonial post about a particular company
products, as long as you're being creative, you can basically promote other's
product in anyway you want.
Well of course, just don't violate any rules and agreements.
The commission you receive is based from the percentage you agreed with
with the product owner.
For example, if the X product you're promoting is worth $59, and the
affiliate commission set by the product owner is 45%, once you make a sale you
make $26.55 commission - that's basically the idea.
If you want to use this method monetizing your blog, I suggest you
always promote products related to your blog topic, product you've tried, or
products that you're extremely familiar with.
5. Selling your own product
There are two types of products that bloggers may sell online,
physical(or tangible) and digital(intangible) products.
Sample of physical products are t-shirts, tumbler, books etc., pretty
self explanatory.
On the other hand, digital products were in form of eBooks, PDF, video
courses. Digital products usually are guides and tutorials.
If your blog is about body fitness, then you can create video courses or
eBook discussing how to burn fats, eating healthy, right exercise, etc.
If you want your product to get sold in a faster scale, you may partner
up with third party merchants such as ClickBank, ShareASale, e-junkie etc. to
engage your product in affiliate marketing program. This way, you are building
a network of affiliate marketers who are willing to sell your product.
And when your affiliates make a sale, they'll get their commission,
you'll get yours.
Of course, that depends on the percentage you set. Also, you need to pay
the merchants as well.
Whether your blog is in B2B(business to business) or B2C(business to
customer) niche, it'll be a challenge to create your own product since it's not
that easy(in my opinion) to create a unique and valuable product out of
scattered and never tested (but probably effective information) anywhere.
However, just in case you've tested a particular strategy that
effectively worked for you, for example you accidentally discover a way on how
to make money the most efficient way(assuming your blog is about business),
then you can write an eBook discussing the methods you used, how it worked,
your experience, your results then sell it to your visitors.
6. Freelance via your blog
One advantage of blogging is that you can actually be a freelance
writer.
Did you know that content marketing is by far one of the best business
strategic marketing used by big companies to drive traffic to their site?
If you have the gift of writing impressive and well researched blog
post, you surely are eligible for freelance content writing.
You have the right to name your price.
You can showcase your articles through your blog or through guest
blogging.
You can find your ideal customers at Craigslist, ProBlogger etc.
Or you can post a job as a freelance content writer at Elance, Fiverr
etc.
7. Create a membership site
Do you like the idea of people paying you month after month and have a
total passive income?
Well, this blog monetizing method might be a good choice but I have to
warn you - it's not as easy as it sounds.
You need to think outside the box.
If you're serious at giving it a shot, ask yourself these questions:
What type of product can I sell over and over again?
What service can I provide so people keep on paying for it?
For how long am I able to do this to keep my customers?
Is there a room for improvement?
To answer these questions, let us examine the different membership ideas
you can incorporate with your blog so you can decide which one is to follow.
1. Member's Only Content Access
As a general rule of thumb, bloggers create articles, do podcasting and
video courses right? So what might be the products available in here? Well, you
guess it - articles, podcast and or video courses.
You read it right. You can actually charge people from accessing your
contents.
The idea is disallowing non-members to read, hear or watch the valuable
content you've created, they need to pay for that.
You may give a user an option whether he wants to pay per month or for
full year. Additionally, pricing varies from the level of access.
2. Member's Only Forum Access
You can setup a discussion forum to your blog where like minded members
are sharing great and valuable ideas about your specific blog topic.
Similar to content access, members were able to access the community
forum only if they pay for it.
You might want to ask, why would a person pay just to join a forum? My
answer would be to solve the issue of quality and trust. Before utilizing this
approach, make sure that your blog is credible enough, that your brand receives
reasonable amount of good reputation.
3. Live Webinars
Why not offer a live webinar to your subscribers or members, connect
with them in real time. In that webinar you may sell your products or you may
charge them for all the knowledge you share.
You can also invite somebody who is also a reputable blogger in your
niche then allow him to share his ideas and experiences, so your audience can
relate. What is it with that blogger you've invited? Exposure.
However, if you have the ability to host a premium business webinar, you
can do it by yourself.
4. Member's Only Access to Affiliate Program
Haven't I told you that there are premium affiliate programs? You read
it right. In my opinion, you can charge people particularly your members who
might want to promote your products or services.
The basic idea for this is that, your affiliates should be familiar with
what they're promoting. They must have at least experienced or tried the
products or services themselves before promoting.
Note: All of these ways of make money blogging only makes a lot of sense
assuming your offer are very valuable, unique, and helpful products.
Conclusion
While there's nothing wrong with blogging without the intention of
monetizing it, I still think it would be more efficient if you give it a shot.
After all it's not that hard to embed some advertisement code in your editor.
However, just in case you want to change your mind and might want to
consider making extra income from your writing hobby, you can try any of these
method.
And again, please realize that I'm not saying that these approach may
always work for anyone. The odd of making money from your blog depends on your
actions(or inaction), and level of determination.

Affiliate Marketing: How It Can Skyrocket Your Bottom Line
By Luisa Drummond
Most people already know what affiliate marketing is, but for those just
starting out, I will give a quick overview. Affiliate marketing is a form of
marketing whereby, a person can promote either physical or digital products
online, and the product creator or vendor pays that person a commission for a
sale made.
It is no surprise that in recent years, affiliate marketing has become
one of the top business models in internet marketing. A few contributing
factors for this, the start up costs are quite low and potential for big
earnings is high. The hard work is already done by the product vendor, since
they provide the product and sales tools necessary for promotion. All the
affiliate marketer has to do, is drive traffic to the product being offered.
You can work from the comfort of your own home, and set your own hours. The
income derived from affiliate marketing is directly related to the amount of
time and effort you invest in your business.
Here are the essential steps needed to start your business:
Create a website or blog
The best way to start as an affiliate marketer, is to have your own
website or blog. You need to decide if you are going to run a Resource site or
a Review site, either option is fine and depends on your preference. A resource
site is more focused on 'how to' articles and general information about the
topic, whereas a review site is more about writing reviews about products that
are on the market, obviously products that you have used yourself.
It is relatively cheap to register a domain name. One of the best domain
name providers is GoDaddy. Another service that you will require for your site
is hosting, and I have found HostGator to be one of the best in the
marketplace.
If you are planning to set up a blog, I would strongly recommend using
WordPress as your content management platform, that is WordPress.org not
WordPress.com
Niche or Products to promote
By this stage you would already have an idea about what you would like
to promote as an affiliate, since you would have selected a domain name that
relates to your niche or product.
As mentioned earlier, these can be physical products such as clothing,
toys, books etc. Digital products are the type that can be downloaded straight
from the vendor's site to your hard drive. These include eBooks, software etc.
Some of the most popular sites, where you can find products to promote
include ClickBank, JVZoo, Amazon, Google AdSense and PayDotCom. With most of
these sites you will be required to create a free account.
One important point to remember when picking your niche, make sure that
it is a niche where money is being spent by people to buy products. It is not
sufficient to go for a niche with a high amount of monthly searches, as this
does not necessarily mean that people are prepared to part with their hard
earned cash, to buy products in that niche. One of the best ways to check if
your chosen niche can be monetized is by checking out bestsellers on sites like
Amazon. ClickBank can also give you this type of information. Look for products
that have a high "gravity score". These are products that are making
a lot of sales. A score above 20 is good, but the higher the better.
Educational Resources
It is obviously important to learn as much as you can, about your chosen
niche. Authoritive blogs are a good source of information, just do a search for
"your niche"blogs and you will find a lot of blogs worthy of your
time. Also, join discussion forums, where people just like you hang out and
have discussions on different topics related to your niche. YouTube, has in the
last few years risen to be in the top three sites, for video content that you
can source for your own education.
Traffic Methods
There are two types of traffic, paid traffic and free traffic. The
fastest way to drive traffic to your offers or website is with paid
advertising. What determines what method you use initially, is your starting
budget, and or available time. If you have a healthy budget and can afford paid
methods this would definitely get you off to a good start, otherwise you may
choose to trade in time for free traffic. What I mean by this is, if you have
limited funds, article writing, link building, search engine optimization,
guest posting on other peoples blogs, posting on forums and making videos for
YouTube may be the way that is most suitable.
Ideally, you want to have a combination of both if possible, so you get
the benefit from the fast traffic from paid methods and the benefit of the
slower but free traffic methods.
In conclusion, affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways to make
money online. The internet is a vast source of information, which can be tapped
into, and whilst this is a great advantage, it can also be a detriment to
anyone starting out, since it is quite easy to become overwhelmed, and suffer
from information overload. Usually, this phenomenon causes people to
procrastinate in taking action on what they have learned. The best advice I can
offer, since I have gone through this situation myself, is to suggest that you
find one or two, at the most, experts in your niche and follow their advice. If
possible, link up with someone who can be a mentor to you and help you avoid
some of the pitfalls involved with starting your own business online.
To your online success.

Simple and Effective Methods To Earn Money Online
By Gerard Mohamed
So what are the best ways to earn money online? Well it's a question
that I have been asked more times than you could ever imagine. The answer
however is not as simple as people would want it to be. When making money
online, there is no "best way". We are all different and we all have
different experience that we have collected throughout our lives.
For me the best way to make money online is to cultivate a spirit of
entrepreneurship. An entrepreneur always has to be on the edge, and thinking
out of the box to come up with profitable ideas. Below are three of the most
common ways an entrepreneur makes money on the Internet.
1. Starting your own online business.
The ultimate way to make money online is to start your own online
business or website where you offer services or items at good prices. The
advantages of having your own business is that you do not have to rely on anyone
else than yourself. If you have your own website where you offer services such
as WordPress installations, then you don't have to worry about any third
parties.
The amount of money you can make by setting up your own online business
is only limited to your ideas and experience. It will most likely take a while
to get the whole thing rolling and generating money, but in the end it will be
worth it. So if you are able to provide people with something they would like
to spend money for, then this is the best option for you. Just remember to
always analyze your competition so that you don't end up in a business where
you have no chance of scoring a sale.
2. Sell your own products.
You might think that this one is exactly the same as the above one, but
it's actually not. Selling your own products does not mean that you need to
build a business around it. Let's say that you write an eBook or create
software that will help people with something. Now all you have to do is to get
people to promote your product.
This can be done by contacting and convincing top affiliates and then
uploading your item to websites such as ClickBank.com. If your product is of
value to others you might be able to cash in a 5 figure income for months to
come. A smart move is to release an update of your product after a while,
especially if it was a success the first time. By doing this you will be able
to cash in even more money, since people now knows about you and your products.
The benefits of selling your own products might not be as great as
starting your own online business, but it requires only a fraction of the work
and it might be a great way to generate the start-up money that an online
business may require.
3. Making money through affiliate marketing.
So, in the beginning I mentioned that you should sell your own products,
but promoting other peoples products might also be very rewarding. Affiliates
earn a share from each product they sell, this might be everything from 10% to
90%.
Affiliate marketing is not for people who want to see money coming in as
soon as they start promoting a product online. It takes hard work and most
likely a lot of knowledge in marketing and search engine optimization. In the
end you are competing against sometimes hundreds of other people promoting the
same product, if you fail you will earn nothing, if you succeed you might earn
thousands of dollars. So until you come up with a great idea of your own
product, you might want to give this a try.
The simplicity of the above online money-making methods, should
not be underestimated as it is all about focus and taking action. There are
numerous examples of people with low levels of computer literacy, who have
managed to make a very good income online. The simple trick was to educate
themselves, by learning as much as possible, and not giving up on their
financial independence dream.
Gerard Mohamed is a Social Entrepreneur with a great interest in
Internet Marketing. He maintains that 95% of advice, books and programs on
overcoming limiting beliefs and cultivating a wealthy mindset, does not work.
This is because people forgot how to Make Money Online. Stop being misled by
bogus online crooks and cyber thiefs who know nothing about Effective Online
Moneymaking Methods.

Why Affiliate Marketing Is My Favorite Income Source
By AJ Simon
Now, this article isn't going to be about ClickBank or JVZoo. So just
forget about those affiliate networks. I want to show you what it takes to make
BIG money online...
To make this work, you need to be involved in a company that pays out
high ticket commissions. If you don't want to waste your time, this is the
fastest way to create a stable business online.
Your program of choice should pay out $3,000 or more per sale. That way,
your affiliate commission will be $2,000 or more. This is exactly why I LOVE
these affiliate programs. They allow you to scale up your online business very
quickly and you don't have to spend a bunch on advertising to do it. You just
need to identify your "target audience" and go out there and publish
content or build your list in that niche.
Your marketing should be structured around you and your vision for the
future. The thing is, people don't buy products because they are awesome. They
buy products because they trust the person selling them. They want to live the
life that person lives.
That's why network marketing is so powerful. When you combine network
marketing with affiliate marketing, you have the recipe for a complete
lifestyle change. Because you have leverage with high ticket commission
payouts.
So here's my advice to you...
Go out there and research a great network marketing company that pays
out at least 70% commissions and find someone you can work with. That way, you
can model after their success and get to your income goal as quickly as
possible.
Success leaves clues everywhere! You can literally join a network
marketing program and start making sales this week. However, there is a formula
to it.
Here's what I suggest you do to get started:
1.) Pick the program and go "All-In." That means invest at the
highest level so you can make the most money.
2.) Set-up an auto-responder email sequence with AWeber or GetResponse.
That way, you can build your list of prospects and start getting sign-ups in
your business. This is the foundation of your business strategy.
3.) Start advertising using paid media or published content. Solo ads
are great for INSTANT results. Articles are great for steady traffic over time.
No matter what you choose, make sure it's within your marketing plan and go for
it!
Hey, do you want a "done for you" marketing funnel that has a
complete product and up-sell series in place that you can profit from today?
If so, visit my website and use my system to grow your business to six
figures. I show you how!

How the Changing Times of Affiliate Marketing Can Help You
By Anne O'Dwyer
Like the song "times they are a changing", nothing stands
still everything changes, things grow or decline, live
or die, get better or worse. We have been watching the series or programs about
life in the 50s and 60s. It is really funny to see how we lived then compared
to now. Life seemed so much simpler then, people seemed more satisfied with
less. Where will this desire for more escalate to I wonder?
As a child I remember less clothes were available to buy, hand-made was
part of life. Luckily my mother was a great seamstress and made us beautiful
clothes and amazing dolls clothes. She was innovative too and I remember
seaside holidays were the time for knitted swimsuits. Great when they were dry,
but if you went in the sea they became a sodden weight that dangled round your
knees. Not a good Look!
As a teenager an important part of the weekend was spent making a new
dress for the Saturday night dance. Friday payday meant after-work a quick dash
to the shop to purchase several yards, (not metres) of cloth to be converted
into the latest style by Saturday night. My friends all made their dresses too
with the help of their mothers. Hemlines rose weekly inch by inch as we became
more daring, up to our knees and beyond. In fact I remember making coats,
dresses, suits and even my wedding dress it was the norm then,
So how has affiliate marketing changed? ClickBank
with an affiliate link was a popular starting point for affiliates, followed by
sourcing your own products from large warehouses online, building your list of
happy customers, with email and other marketing techniques plus building your
own websites or paying someone to do it for you. All this too, before you
earned anything, they were then often tiny commissions.
NOW there is a simple solution to starting online, work with the
guidance of a mentor who provides great products with generous commissions,
sales pages and training SO WITH THIS REDUCED WORK LOAD AND NO NEED TO LEARN IT
ALL FIRST, it is much easier to start online. You can even earn whilst you
learn the techniques.
It does take time to build a sustainable business so keep your paid work
initially and work your new business in your spare time. It makes an exciting
new hobby as you watch your efforts turn into cash.

Why Do Beginners Struggle With Affiliate Marketing?
By Anne O'Dwyer
Affiliate marketing is a great concept: your products are provided, so
with an affiliate link all you have to do is find customers, you don't even
have to worry about delivery it is done for you, often electronically, or they
could be physical products, but as you see a great way in theory, to start online.
Originally Clickbank marketplace, was where many affiliates started
online. It is a store of E books, with sales pages provided by the vendor to
send your customers to with your affiliate link.
Another option is visiting a large warehouse of products where a
selection can be made; you then build your own website, sales pages and learn
the marketing techniques. You can see with the Clickbank route and possibly the
second, commissions are small so that a great number of sales have to be made
to make a decent living.
The biggest draw back with the second route, besides the meagre
commissions, it is the length of time it takes to become proficient at all the
techniques, so that everything look professional to entice customers to trust
you and part with their money. So if you need loads of customers because of the
small returns, how are you going to find a lot of traffic cheap enough to cover
your costs, never mind making a profit.
So lets look at a better way. Choose a mentor who supplies excellent
products, professionally prepared sales pages and up-to-date training in the
best sales techniques and marketing; plus the secret ingredient that makes it
all work.
The secret ingredient that makes all the difference is a large selection
of products at various price points according to the requirements of your
customers. So entry-level products with small commissions up to expensive and
sophisticated products paying larger commissions, all this together with a
tried and tested formula of successful marketing.
So to sum up, the simple but effective way to learn affiliate marketing,
is with a mentor providing a range of products, professional sales pages, and
excellent training; who also pays generous commissions enabling you to purchase
instant traffic and therefore earn a good return for your efforts.
So start now and make 2016 a year to remember!

The Top 3 Blogging WordPress Plug-Ins That Make You Money
By George Hayes
You got a WordPress blog. Now you want to make money with your blog.
Good news is that it's pretty simple to do so using WordPress plugins.
Many online people use WordPress to make their blogs and make
considerable profits. For example, there are a number of "mother bloggers"
who share their recommendations on babysitting and frugal living styles,
technology savvy bloggers putting up their products reviews on the most recent
gadgets, and travel bloggers posting their memorable footage for their
journeys. These kinds of blogs often record huge traffic records. Hence,
several related businesses like supermarkets, tech firms, travel agencies, etc.
approach them to position advertisements or promotion campaigns through their
websites. With totally different plugins, WordPress home owners can simply
customize their website for various functions.
Although you've got a large choice of plugins to decide on from,
selecting the right ones are definitely a tough task. That's why we have a
tendency to spotlight 3 plugins that will help WordPress bloggers to turn their
websites into a "money making" blog.
The journey to make a full-time living online with just a website,
keyboard, and your thoughts can be a daunting challenge, so why make it more
difficult on yourself by not having special "money making plug-ins"
that generate income for you?
There's an old saying that I love, and goes "Time Is Money".
And if you aren't making money with your blog you're wasting your time.
I put together a special list of mines I call the "Top 3 Blogging
WordPress Plug-Ins
That Make You Money". It's far from being the "end all, be all" list, but it's definitely a step for you in the right direction to help take action and use a few of these plug-ins yourself to start generating more profit from your blog.
That Make You Money". It's far from being the "end all, be all" list, but it's definitely a step for you in the right direction to help take action and use a few of these plug-ins yourself to start generating more profit from your blog.
Without wasting any time, let's dive right into the first of 3 WordPress
money plug-ins:
Money Plug-In #1: Easy ClickBank WordPress Plug-In
I listed this plug-in as "Numero Uno", because it's one of
those plug-ins that require very little effort to set-up and can generate
unlimited $20 - $100+ sales from just ONE solid blog post.
ClickBank is an affiliate website acting as the middleman between you
and the product creator. When you generate sales for the product, you get a
generous commission off the top for your marketing efforts.
This plug-in creates random links for your readers to click on and
purchase through your blog posts related to the topic of your blog post with
the option of cloaking and tracking clicks.
Money Plug-In #2: Kontera WordPress Plug-In
One of the most popular WordPress plug-ins, Kontera In-Text ads are
basically hyper linked keywords and phrases, that are identified in a story as
most relevant leading to product sales within a blog post.
This powerful system works automatically when you add it to your plug-in
starting roster lineup.
Money Plug-In #3: Amazon.Com WordPress Plug-In
Finally, there's the infamous (and most popular of the three) WordPress
plug-in.
Amazon is an online multimedia bookstore that sells information, mostly
in physical form delivered to customers' homes. This gives you a golden
opportunity to promote using their affiliate system through your blog.
It requires you to have an Amazon Associate account to sell Amazon
products under your affiliate code.
There you have it. A solid list of my top 3 -- and BEST -- WordPress
money plug-ins I strongly suggest you start using immediately to get ahead of
the blogging world and generate more dollars in less than a few minutes of
implementing 2 or 3 of these plug-ins.
It's funny. Not long ago you had to program these plug-ins yourself to
use them, and many of them were not available to the general public. Somewhere
even being sold for a premium before they ever became free, but now there yours
for the taking.
Lucky you.
Now, you have NO reason to not make money with blogging, because I
opened up a treasure chest of money making potential. All you have to do is
take your hand, reach in, and grab what you want.
